Eddie Henderson, Board Member

Mr. Henderson (Eddie) years ago said “I really love what SITE does for the young people of our community, and when I retire, I am coming to join you guys in your efforts.” Eddie acquired his MBA while working for GM and he also has a BA in Industrial Technology. He is very disciplined. After 32 years 11 months, with General Motors, Eddie joined the SITE board of directors. His last position before his retiring was serving as the Communications Coordinator for the GM Plant. He was instrumental in developing the protocol and logistics for the public tours at the plant in Kansas City. Eddie is a staunch SITE supporter. He attends corporate meetings and events on SITE’s behalf and is in constant contact with his former coworkers at the GM plant he retired from. To this date, his stance with SITE is “whatever I can do to help just let me know.”
