Sheila Frazier, Board Member
Sheila Frazier is a SkillUP Navigator at MCC. Sheila works with diverse populations who want to turn their lives around and experience an abundant life. Sheila works as a change agent that provides support, encouragement and knowledge of how to enhance or improve one’s skills. Sheila is a Social Worker who has assisted individuals for over 25 years with learning how to accomplish their goals in life. A few areas of Sheila’s expertise are problem solving, behavior development, leadership, life skills and conflict resolution. Sheila is an organizational and analytical thinker. Sheila co-owned a retail boutique for nine years where she supported & encouraged full figured women to accept their bodies and allow themselves to wear beautiful lingerie. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Central Missouri University, a certificate in Project Management from Johnson County Community College and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Sheila served on the Board of Director’s at Mother Refuge an organization that services unwed mothers for 3 years and volunteered there as a Team Lead for 10 years from Canaan Worship Center conducting bible study groups.
As a Board member for SITE Sheila hopes to use her human service and critical thinking skills to assist in projects that will improve the lives of individuals in a manner that will bring them hope, peace and joy.
